CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sorry everyone but here's the boring bit, it's got to be done i'm afraid !
1) That the club or society is known as MATSAC (Medway & Thames Sea Angling Club) kentishthames.com
2) That the object of the club be to encourage the art of sea angling and to promote further social contact among its members.
3) That the buisiness of the club shall be conducted between the site Admin and moderators who will be elected proper at clubs anual AGM. Date to be announced at end of financial year.
4) no non paying member (juniors excluded) are allowed to compete in any competition or enter catch prize for specimen fish. Subscription for following year MUST be paid.
5) That the accounts are kept on record and held for annual AGM.
6)That if any questions arise that is not provided for in these rules the same shall be dealt with by the general committe, whose decision is final.
7)The society or club can be held in no way responsible for any accident, loss or damage to any club member whilst engaged in any event organized by the club.
8)The committe will organize all trophies and prizes according to the financial state of the club.
9) Junior members MUST obtain a club consent form to be signed by parent/guardian before being part of any club organized event.
10) Members using the forum must behave in a suitable manner, Admin and moderators word is final and abusive or unsuitable behaviour will result in a ban without appeal. Temporary or permanent bans are Admin or moderators decision.
11) Members are reminded to keep up to date with any change in club rules, these will be posted on forum and are at decission of Admin and moderators.
12) members must behave accordingly when being part of any club event, please clear all litter after event is finished and take care not to leave discarded line or hooks.
